Personal data are processed in order to promote to the public the knowledge of the characteristics and qualities of the company’s products, to provide information about the materials used, the applied processes and similar, as well as to provide information about the company and its addresses in order to inform the general public and customers in particular about the economic activity carried out by Italker s.r.l..

Navigation data

METHODS OF PROCESSING AND STORAGE OF DATA
The processing of personal data is carried out through IT, telematics and analogue instruments with organizational methods and logics strictly related to the purposes they were collected for.
Unless required by the judicial authority to carry out any criminal investigation, Browsing Data will be stored as long as it is required to fulfil the purposes for which they have been collected.
In particular, data provided voluntarily by the user (email address and related data such as name and surname of the user) by filling the form on the “Contacts” page in order to request information and/or quotes, are stored in an archiving system on company computers and on any paper archives kept at the company location and on the sole availability of the specifically authorised employees of Italker s.r.l. and under the responsability of the RPD.
By filling out with personal data the form on the “Contacts” page, the user provides its consent to their use by the Holder to answer its request of information, quotations (commercial proposal) and other types where required.
The user may revoke this consent at any time to the contact details of the Data Controller.
The data collected by the website are stored on the server placed in EU countries.
DATA RECIPIENTS
Recipients of the data collected as a result of browsing the website and of those voluntarily provided by the user will be the sole company Italker s.r.l..

- obtain the restriction of processing when certain conditions are met
- request the deletion of its data by the Data Controller
